Chris: I don’t know how she does it. All those children…

Kate: I have two
Chris: So impressive
Kate: You have four!
Chris: Yeah, but two of mine are twins

The big movies coming out this weekend are: I Don’t Know How She Does It, Straw Dogs and Drive.

Drive is about a Hollywood stuntman who moonlights as a get-away driver for criminals. He must protect his neighbor and her son after a heist goes south. This movie stars Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan, Bryan Cranston, Christina Hendricks, Ron Perlman and Albert Brooks. I think we all know that I would be seeing this movie regardless, but it actually has been getting great reviews.

In I Don’t Know How She Does It, Sarah Jessica Parker plays Kate Reddy, a finance executive who is the breadwinner for her family. A new account at work adds one more thing to her already hectic life and temptation in the form of a new business associate, played by Pierce Brosnan. Christina Hendricks is pulling double-duty this weekend at the box office, as she plays one of Kate's friends in this movie. It also stars Greg Kinnear, Kelsey Grammer, Seth Meyers, Olivia Munn, Busy Philipps, Jessica Szohr and Jane Curtin.

Straw Dogs is remake about a 1971 film of the same name starring Dustin Hoffman. It is about an L.A. screenwriter who moves with his wife back to her hometown in the Deep South. They soon start to have problems between each other and a few of the locals. It stars James Marsden, Kate Bosworth, Alexander Skarsgard, James Woods, Dominic Purcell, Billy Lush and Walton Goggins.

Other films out this weekend include: Restless and the rerelease of The Lion King in 3D.
